4. Intellectual Property & Originality

Upon completion of payment, the client receives non-exclusive rights to the delivered draft for reference and educational purposes. We guarantee all delivered deliverables are verified against Turnitin non-repository databases to ensure novelty.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProjectVala and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or draft deliverables.
